Support Hot Rod Hobbies and their track with our patronage and assistance.
We volunteer our time and effort to help with track rebuilds and repair whenever we can. We make a majority of our RC related purchase directly in the store in order to support business aspect of running the track. We also help secure future patrons for Hot Rod Hobbies by bringing new racers into the RC community each month.
Introduce new people to the hobby of RC racing and give them a place to feel welcome.
Team SCV seeks out new people who are interested in learning about the hobby. It is important to us that new racers feel welcome and at home at the track. We show them what they need to get started, how the races are run and share our basic knowledge and experience with them. We help anyone looking for help and build friendships with anyone wanting to make friends.
Foster a fun and friendly environment for all racers, spectators and staff wherever we go.
Hobbies are about enjoyment and having fun. Profanity, rude behavior or disregard for others can ruin the enjoyment and fun for everyone. Team SCV has established a Code of Conduct that we request all members honor. We understand that no one is perfect, however as team members and leaders, we try our best to set an example for everyone to follow.
Work together to become better racers, pit crew and overall team members.
The members and leaders of Team SCV all work together to help each other. As we race together we push each other to become better racers. As we become better racers we gain knowledge and experience to share. We help each other with repairs and act as pit crew for one another. We share our parts, knowledge, equipment and friendships. This is what makes Team SCV great!
